Charles Leonard is the manager of Customer Service.

Originally from Bronx NY, Charles graduated from the oldest high school in New York City. Dewitt Clinton H.S. where he led his varsity football team to the city championship game. In 2008 he attended Berks Technical Institute where he received his Associates of science degree in computer networking.  Where he held a 3.8 GPA and won the Alumni Award for top student in his curriculum.

Still thirsty for knowledge, in 2011, he enrolled in Albright College to get his bachelor’s degree in Information Systems / Business Management. After graduating in 2015, he began working for Enterprise Rent a Car, where he worked his way up to branch manager in one year.  He began working for Quick Health in January of 2022. Charles was selected by the CEO to be the Customer Service Manager because of his leadership experience, education, and work ethic. Charles is committed to providing the best customer service experience possible when it comes to your health care.
